US Motor Works, LLC. announced today that current Controller Pauline Hadland, will be retiring effective August 20, 2021, Hadland will assist with the transition until that date, when new CFO Michael Lewis will begin his tenure.

Incoming CFO Michael Lewis is responsible for finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and IT operations. As a senior member of the executive team Michael reports directly to CEO Gil Benjamin.

Lewis brings more than twenty-five years of extensive international financial and operations experience in the manufacturing sector to his new position at UWMW. He served most recently as Managing Director, Business Advisory Partners, a consultancy focused on mergers and acquisitions integrations, financial reporting process improvement, operational/financial restructuring for middle-market manufacturing companies.

Prior to Business Advisory Partners, Lewis served as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer, Power Solutions International, Inc. a publicly traded global alternative-fuel engine company. While there, Lewis led the financial strategy, balance sheet restructuring and driving operating performance, metrics and results.
Lewis holds an M.B.A. in International Business, M.S. in Finance, and B.S in Management Information Systems, and has served on numerous Boards.
