BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Uni-Select Inc. announced that its subsidiary Uni-Select USA Inc. has completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of DB Rick’s Inc.
DB Rick’s is a well-respected wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products operating one store in Rochester, N.Y. and catering mostly to professional repair service centers. Uni-Select said this acquisition will complement and strengthen its activities in the Northeast.
