Two Cooper Standard Executives Recognized With Leadership Awards

Cooper Standard has announced that Andrea Ebbitt, vice president, talent strategy & development, was recently named to the group of Notable Women in HR by Crain's Detroit Business and Susan Kampe, senior vice president, chief information and procurement officer, was named a 2019 STEP Ahead Award Honoree by The Manufacturing Institute.

Cooper Standard has announced that Andrea Ebbitt, vice president, talent strategy & development, was recently named to the group of Notable Women in HR by Crain’s Detroit Business and Susan Kampe, senior vice president, chief information and procurement officer, was named a 2019 STEP Ahead Award Honoree by The Manufacturing Institute. 

Named to the group of Notable Women in HR, Ebbitt has 30 years of human resources experience in the automotive industry and is helping Cooper Standard enhance its talent management initiatives. Under Ebbitt’s direction, the company has launched several key initiatives such as the Cooper Standard University, an enhanced performance management process and a robust on-boarding program. 

Kampe’s STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Ahead Award honors women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers. Kampe is a member of Cooper Standard’s Global Leadership team and is leading the transformation of the company’s information technology and procurement systems to further leverage Cooper Standard’s global scale while ensuring long-term sustainability, especially related to cyber security practices, and environmental, social and governance oversight of the company’s supply chain partners.
