JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Parts House (TPH) and ACDelco announced Richie Calhoun from Moody’s Auto Service in Tallahassee, Fla., as the winner of the 2011 Chevy Silverado pick-up at their truck giveaway weekend event held recently in Orlando, Fla.

“We loved hosting our customers for a weekend of camaraderie, great food and fun activities,” said Brian Mendelson, TPH VP of Sales. “We never take lightly the fact that our customers have a choice. We are sincerely grateful to be given the opportunity to help our customers succeed both in their businesses and in their lives.”

TPH and ACDelco share a vision of providing not only the best products and services available but also enhancing shop profitability by offering business enhancement tools such as ACDelco’s TSS program.

“The Parts House and ACDelco have a direct relationship that goes back to June 1 of 1982,” said David Honig, president and CEO of The Parts House. “In those 39-plus years we have been through literally thousands of promotions, each met with great intentions but often experiencing different results. Our recent scratch and win contest exemplifies what we would like to achieve in all of our promotions. Customer excitement and anticipation were at peak levels and the spirit of cooperation between ACD and TPH was exceptional. Like any good event the customers left satisfied, but with a taste for more.”
