BorgWarner and Delphi Technologies have entered into a definitive transaction agreement under which BorgWarner will acquire Delphi Technologies in an all-stock transaction that values Delphi Technologies’ enterprise value at approximately $3.3 billion.

Knorr-Bremse, a global provider of braking and other systems for rail and commercial vehicles, strengthens its position in steering systems for commercial vehicles through an agreement to acquire R.H. Sheppard Co. Inc., USA. 

NGK Spark Plugs is expanding its’ NTK Technical Sensor product portfolio through the introduction of 209 new MAF Sensor part numbers for domestic and import applications.
