Tony Cristello Joins Schwartz Advisors Team

Cristello has held various senior level positions in corporate development and investor relations.

Automotive aftermarket executive Tony Cristello has joined Schwartz Advisors’ team of aftermarket experts, effective July 15.

Cristello has held various senior level positions in corporate development and investor relations at both PE-sponsored and public companies including Copart Inc., Omega Environmental Technologies and All States Ag Parts. He has an in-depth knowledge on the salvage and recycling industry, as well as the automotive aftermarket in general. His background also includes a long tenure at BB&T Capital Markets where he led the firm’s equity research efforts targeting the automotive aftermarket. In his role at BB&T Capital Markets, Cristello was awarded the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” analyst award for Autos and Auto Parts.

As a partner at the firm, Tony will be involved in all three practice areas at Schwartz Advisors: advising private equity firms on acquisitions, managing sell side projects and working on strategic consulting projects.
