Timken Names Tom Tecklenburg Director Of Commercial Vehicle

Tecklenburg joined Timken in 2007 as director of the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket. He brings an extensive background in the automotive original equipment and aftermarket industries to this new role, with 20 years of experience in the business. In this new role, Tecklenburg will provide strategic direction for the company's global commercial vehicle original equipment business while continuing to lead the global light and commercial vehicle aftermarket.

CANTON, Ohio — The Timken Co. has announced the appointment of Thomas Tecklenburg to the position of director for commercial vehicle original equipment and automotive aftermarket for the company’s mobile industries business.
 
In this role, Tecklenburg will provide strategic direction for the company’s global commercial vehicle original equipment business while continuing to lead the global light and commercial vehicle aftermarket.
      
Tecklenburg joined Timken in 2007 as director of the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket. He brings an extensive background in the automotive original equipment and aftermarket industries to this new role, with 20 years of experience in the business.      
      
Tecklenburg earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton. Tecklenburg is a native of Troy, Ohio, and active in the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association and Automotive Sales Council, where he was recently appointed to the board of directors.
