The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced this week the results of an election by its members to fill seats available on its board of directors. Thirteen seats were open: Ten with three-year term limits and three for one-year term limits.

BOWIE, MD — The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced this week the results of an election by its members to fill seats available on its board of directors. Thirteen seats were open: Ten with three-year term limits and three for one-year term limits.

Elected to serve three-year terms were:

John Adams, Big O Tires, Centennial, Colo.;

Gary Albright, Becker Tire & Retreading, Inc., Great Bend, Kan.;

Mike Berra, Jr., Community Tire Retreading, St. Louis, Mo.;

Bob Katz, Nu-Tread Tire Company, East Boston, Mass.;

Bud Mullaney, Mullaney Tire Service, Matawan, NJ;

Tom Raben, Raben Tire Company, Evansville, Ind.;

Warren Secord, Warren Secord Tire Factory, Kent, Wash.;

Doug Swanson, Modern Tire, Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn.;

Mark Whaley, Iowa Mold Tooling, Garner, Iowa; and

Stu Zurcher, Transwheel Corporation, Huntington, Ind..

Elected to serve one-year terms were:

Ken Brown, Alan Brown Tire Center, Newport, Ore.;

Wayne Croswell, ASA Tire Systems, Nashua, NH; and

David Inscoe, University Tire & Auto Center, Charlottesville, Va.
