In addition, the company’s Project LIFE internship program is designed to assist young adults with disabilities in building foundational skills needed for work, adulthood and social aspects of daily life.

“Each member of our team has made our company the leader it is today,” said Schmahl. “We are proof that hiring people with disabilities works, and we are focused on providing opportunities that help them gain independence, develop confidence and see success in their careers.”
