The Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) charity golf outing, held recently at the Disney Palm Golf Course in Orlando, Florida, raised more than $300,000 for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign. The Group Toys for Tots charity golf outing was held in conjunction with the combined Pronto/Federated spring member meeting, which took place at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Since initiating its Toys for Tots campaign in 2012, The Group has raised more than $2.5 million for this worthy cause, and Federated and Pronto each have been named a “Three-Star Partner” by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program.
In this edition of AMN People, we also share some highlights from Autopromotec, the biennial international aftermarket exhibition of automotive equipment, which ended on Sunday, May 26. The five-day event in Bologna, Italy, focused on recent market developments, technological innovation, specialization and professional training.
