The Group’s Larry Pavey To Present At AASA Technology Conference

The CEO of the Automotive Parts Services Group will discuss strategic use of technology.

AASA announced that Larry Pavey, president and CEO of the Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) will deliver the Channel Partner Spotlight at the AASA Technology Conference, which will be held Sep. 29 – Oct. 1 in Boca Raton, Florida. The annual Channel Partner Spotlight is one of the highlights of the industry’s top technology event.

The event brings together technology professionals from suppliers and their valued customers to discuss trends and share ideas on how emerging business technologies will drive more business opportunities for independent aftermarket players.

“We are very fortunate to have Larry participate in the Technology Conference,” said Chris Gardner, senior vice president of AASA and the executive director of the AASA Technology Council (ATC). “He is a longtime advocate for strong, collaborative relationships and open dialogues between distributors and suppliers, especially in the area of technology.”

Pavey will cover The Group’s growth, use of technology and strategic plans for future success.

“With the proliferation of models, types and ages of vehicles, leveraging technology to address inventory and distribution challenges has become more important,” said Pavey. “Strengthening connectivity throughout the entire supply chain provides enhanced opportunities at each level through improved visibility, effective interaction and reduced costs.”
