The Group To Host Service Center Show

The Group To Host Service Center Show

The day-long event will include a booth show, technical training and prizes.

The Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) service center customers, including Federated Car Care, Pronto Smart Choice and Parts Plus Car Care Centers, are invited to attend the Service Center Show, which is being conducted as part of The Group’s national membership conference and expo. The show will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT, on Friday, April 16.

“We had a great response to our shop day that we hosted last year during our virtual national meeting, so we have expanded the show this year to include more training options as well as a bigger and better vendor expo,” said Larry Pavey, CEO of the Automotive Parts Services Group. “We believe it is very important to include our service center customers as part of the meeting so they can meet virtually with our vendor partners, as well as partake in some great training options from The Group Training Academy. We also have some prizes and fun things planned for those customers that register and participate in the show.”

During the service center show, attendees can hear about new products and upgrades, view product and program presentations and have the chance to network and learn in a fun environment. Attendees can collect points for participating in the virtual sessions and redeem those points for prizes. The more interaction, the more points earned. Participants can pick their own prize that will be shipped directly to them.

The Group Training Academy will also be conducting free online training as part of the service center show. The courses include two each on service advisor training, technical training and management training. Three of The Group Training Academy’s top instructors, John Forro, Bill Haas and Frank Leutz will conduct the classes.
