The Network announces the creation of The Network Academy, a newly launched online training resource for Parts Plus and Auto Pride warehouse distributors that offers online self-paced training for technicians, service advisors and parts professionals. This learning portal, powered by AVI, offers more than 500 hours of online streaming automotive education content, with new industry-driven content added every month. This new learning portal from The Network is offered to its members for the sole purpose of advancement of their professional skills and capabilities.
The Network Academy catalog of courses offers multiple training genres that fit all categories of automotive professionals, including resources on technical, managerial, parts professionals, counterman training, as well as automotive technician instruction in diagnostics, drivability, diesel, hybrid and electrical systems. The Network Academy also contains a collection of ASE test preparation classes to prepare for ASE certification examinations.
The easy-to-navigate learning portal allows the student to choose their courses of interest, train at their convenience, apply those new skills to their professional toolbox, and get better results through applying that training to their chosen profession.
Once each user logs in to the Academy website, their individual “dashboard” will not only show them their customizable profile, but also show the courses they have access to as well as recommended career pathways for a complete multi-course guidance on a specified discipline.
