Tenneco Automotive Re-Elects Board Members

Stockholders at Tenneco Automotive reelected board directors Charles Cramb, Timothy Donovan, M. Kathryn Eickhoff, Mark Frissora, Frank Macher, Roger Porter, David Price, Jr., Dennis Severance, and Paul Stecko during the company's annual meeting held Wednesday.

LAKE FOREST, IL — Stockholders at Tenneco Automotive reelected board directors Charles Cramb, Timothy Donovan, M. Kathryn Eickhoff, Mark Frissora, Frank Macher, Roger Porter, David Price, Jr., Dennis Severance, and Paul Stecko during the company’s annual meeting held Wednesday.

The directors have been re-elected to serve for a term expiring at the 2005 annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, stockholders also ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent public accountants for 2004.
