LAKE FOREST, IL — Tenneco Automotive has received a 2003 Vendor of the Year Award from Advance Auto Parts, recognizing the company as a top performing, service-oriented supplier during the past year. The award was announced at the recently held Advance Auto Parts Leadership Conference.

Advance Auto Parts, the second largest automotive retailer in the U.S., annually selects its Vendor of the Year based on outstanding service, product quality and customer support. To receive the Vendor of the Year Award, a company must demonstrate excellence in category management; high order fill; creativity in developing breakthrough products and marketing initiatives; effective training; and innovative advertising and promotions.
