Take 5 Oil Change Earns Top Score In J.D. Power Survey

This marks the second year that Take 5 Oil Change has taken top honors.

Driven Brands, the largest automotive aftermarket company in North America, announced that Take 5 Oil Change received the top score in satisfaction for quick oil change for the second year in a row in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study.

“We are thrilled to receive top accolades from J.D. Power, which demonstrates that our fast, friendly, and simple service model continues to resonate with consumers,” said Danny Rivera, President of Take 5 Oil Change. “This recognition is only possible thanks to our amazing employees and franchisees; all of the credit goes to them.”

J.D. Power’s consumer survey is based on seven important criteria measuring the quality of each business’ offering: ease of scheduling/getting vehicle in for service; fairness of charges; service advisor courtesy; service advisor performance; service facility; time to complete service; and quality of work.

By creating a customer-friendly and streamlined experience, Take 5 Oil Change is one of the fastest-growing brands in the Driven Brands portfolio and a key strategic focus for the company, along with its glass and car wash businesses.
