Jason Jackson of Automotive Excellence was the U.S. winner, Ryan Booker of Driven Automotive was the Canadian winner and Abelardo Portillo Alvarado of Auto Value Llantas y Servicios was the Mexican Technician of the Year.
Auto Value And Bumper To Bumper Name 13 Technician Of The Year Finalists
The 13 finalists will travel to Detroit this July for a 90-minute, 100-question custom ASE test to determine the winner. Following the exam, the technicians will enjoy three days of camaraderie, racing and a banquet to crown the champion.
Auto Value Announces New Canadian Technician Of The Year Program
Upon being selected as the 2018 Canadian Technician of the Year, the grand-prize winner will qualify for two days of driving at the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Phoenix, a trip to AAPEX and the SEMA Show and a cash prize.
