The new site uses AWE’s newly converted ACES and PIES data to ensure fitment compliance and easy importing.
Vinson will be leading all new product development. He will be overseeing the AWE Tuning research and development teams, encompassing the mechanical engineering, industrial design and prototyping functions.
“We’ve built the facility, we’ve built the team and we’ve mastered our craft over 26 years. Mustang is the next step for the company, and we are excited to be bringing our unique performance engineering approach to the domestic market. This is going to be something special,” said Todd Sager, president of AWE Tuning.
AWE Tuning says it will enter the market initially with a new product line for the S550 Mustang GT and Mustang EcoBoost. Later this year, AWE Tuning will offer a racing-only carbon fiber intake line.
