AKRON, OH — Speedco Inc., a leading national on-highway truck lube provider, has announced it will begin selling Goodyear truck tires at its stores nationwide.
“This is good news for Goodyear, and for the truck drivers who seek a Goodyear tire when they are out on the road,” said Steve McClellan, Goodyear’s vice president of commercial tire systems. “In addition to the extensive Goodyear commercial dealer network, a truck driver has the option to pull into a Speedco outlet and find a replacement Goodyear truck tire.”
In addition to its current offering of services, Speedco recently expanded its services to include selling new and retreaded tires and offering tire service at its 32 stores over the next two years. The company has already begun offering the new tire services at Speedco stores in Atlanta, Ga.; Amarillo and El Paso, Texas.
