SPARK Interactive Launches Auto Repair Subscription Service

SPARK Interactive Launches Auto Repair Subscription Service

SPARK says the service allows repair shop owners to create a multi-tier monthly subscription program for auto care services.

SPARK Interactive announced the availability of Repair Shop Subscriptions, which it says is an intuitive, simple and inexpensive way for repair shop owners to create a multi-tier monthly subscription program for auto care services.

A monthly subscription service enables repair shop owners to enhance their customers’ experience, while creating a more regular and predictable cash flow. And because customers are compelled to visit far more frequently to take advantage of their monthly member benefits, shops predictably see higher monthly revenues, SPARK Interactive says.

According to a recent study, motorists across the country said they would welcome a more convenient way to pay for their regular automotive repair services with an inclusive monthly subscription.

SPARK Interactive says it answered the call of motorists and shop owners alike with the launch of Repair Shop Subscriptions. The online application gives business owners a no-hassle way to offer their clients multi-tier subscription options. In less that 10 minutes a business owner can launch their customized subscription portal. Business owners customize the look with a logo and header images and they define what services are available with each tier. Their portal is pre-loaded with a standard set of easily modifiable tiers and client welcome letters.

The Repair Shop Subscriptions application handles the monthly billing, and shop owners can use the platform completely risk-free with no monthly fees. The cost of the service is recovered as a percentage of the amount charged to the motorist which includes the card processing fees, says SPARK Interactive.
