MIDLAND, Mich. One of the challenges every aftermarket company faces is how to get their new employees to understand the industry. The University of the Aftermarket’s “Aftermarket 101” program addresses this need as it defines and demystifies the industry for new aftermarket hires. Seats are still available for the next class, which will be held May 29-30 at Federal-Mogul headquarters in Southfield, Mich.
Typically, attendees have less than one year in the industry and represent a diverse range of job functions and companies. During the day-and-a-half program, participants will be exposed to key information about the aftermarket, its history, scope, market channels, customers and trends.

The class is open to all new employees in the automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket, in all market segments and job titles.
