Schwartz Advisors announces it served as the exclusive sell-side adviser to Vintage Air in its sale to Mangrove Equity Partners.
Specialty manufacturer of performance aftermarket A/C systems for classic and late-model cars and trucks, Vintage Air of San Antonio, TX, represents the Mangrove team’s seventh platform investment in the enthusiast automotive aftermarket.
The senior management team of Rick Love, Ryan Zwicker and Allison Harding will continue to lead Vintage Air, while the company’s Founder and SEMA Hall of Famer, Jack Chisenhall, will be involved with the business as a brand ambassador and consultant.
