Sanel Auto Parts Co. hosted more than 100 customers and 24 vendors on Feb. 9 at the Mid VT Expo in Rutland, Vermont. The event allowed shop owners and technicians to discuss the trade and the evolving industry directly with representatives from name-brand automotive, heavy-duty and paint and body shop companies.

Attendees gained insight into expanded product categories while discovering potential services they could bring to their local clientele. Vendors present included 3M, Amalie, BWD, Haldex, Exide, Gates, SKF and Walker. Exhibitors also enjoyed directly engaging with service providers, discussing the trade and brainstorming areas of improvement for each individual shop.

“This industry relies on close relationships between suppliers and service providers,” said Robert Segal, CEO of Sanel Auto Parts Co. “Events like this allow brands to speak directly to those working with their products on a daily basis, and technicians can easily discuss their opinions with the representative. We are proud to host events that allow these interactions to take place.”

The Mid VT Expo was locally hosted by the Rutland and Middlebury, Vermont, Sanel locations with the Lebanon, New Hampshire, store also contributing to the event. Giveaways and prizes were awarded to attendees, and hor d’oeuvres and refreshments were provided.
