Sales Positions – Dorman Products

Due to our aftermarket growth, Dorman Products is expanding its sales team and has Product Sales, Area/Territory Management, National Account Management and Traditional Sales openings available for experienced sales individuals.

The open positions and locations are:

• Area Sales Manager -Traditional Sales Positions
Based in Southern California and New Hampshire

• National Account Manager Position
Based on the East Coast

• National Product Sales Manager – Heavy Duty
Based in Colmar, Pa.

The preferred candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in the sales of Hard Parts to a major Automotive Retailer or Traditional Customer Base.

Candidates must have proven customer management skills with an emphasis in placing new programs, data analysis, category management, “Fact Based” selling and NPD analysis. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for using data analysis to achieve revenue and margin targets.

This position requires strong computer skills (MS Excel) and a willingness to travel as needed.  Candidates must be willing to relocate.
