Safelite Group, vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass, announced an agreement to acquire the auto glass assets of Reliable Glass headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. The transaction was completed on Oct. 14. This is Safelite’s third acquisition this month. It previously announced the acquisitions of Genuine Auto Glass and the Binswanger Auto Glass division.
The combined businesses will offer vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Arizona customers.
