Road Ready Partners With ConMet On PreSet Plus SmartHub System

The Road Ready telematics solution incorporates “smart” OE trailer systems into a single fleet management dashboard.

Road Ready from Clarience Technologies LLC, a leading provider of fleet and supply chain visibility, has partnered with ConMet to advance its trailer telematics capabilities.

Road Ready is the industry’s first telematics solution that incorporates “smart” OE trailer systems into a single fleet management dashboard. The partnership with ConMet, a leading global supplier of advanced wheel-end solutions, allows fleets to access critical tire, hub and brake health insights through the Road Ready user interface.

“Adding the SmartHub to Road Ready’s real-time reporting capabilities offers fleets a more complete view of a trailer’s environment on a single platform,” said Dave McKean, executive vice president of business development for Clarience Technologies. “We’re proud to add ConMet to our growing partner network in order to help fleets increase safety and avoid costly and catastrophic failures.”

ConMet’s PreSet Plus SmartHub is one of the first connected health monitoring systems built into a hub assembly. SmartHub sensors tap into wheel-end data, alerting fleets of any hub, tire and brake anomalies. On the back end, this data is analyzed and compared to ConMet’s several years of testing engineering expertise in order to create insightful information.

“Integrating ConMet’s technology with Road Ready provides their fleet customers easy access to the valuable data generated by the SmartHub system,” said Jason Altwies, director of business development and strategic relationships for ConMet. “This exciting collaboration will allow Road Ready users to make more informed decisions that will improve vehicle safety, fleet operational efficiency and uptime.”

Road Ready from Clarience Technologies provides total visibility – and associated insights – to all parts of the supply chain. With its suite of wireless sensors and the largest number of OE trailer system integrations, Road Ready offers the most comprehensive, scalable and inclusive fleet telematics solution available.
