Right to Repair to be Question One on November Ballot in Massachusetts

Following Right to Repair as Question 1 on the ballot, Question 2 is a proposal to permit individuals with six months or less to live to obtain drugs that would end their lives; and Question 3 is a measure to allow the medical use of marijuana through a regulated system of drug dispensaries and patient identification cards.

The ballot measure was certified by the Secretary State when the Massachusetts Right to Repair Coalition turned in 16,000 signatures on July 3, substantially more than the 11,000 signatures needed to appear on the ballot.
