TROY, MI — Intermet has added Richard Nawrocki to its board of directors. Nawrocki is president, CEO and board member of CMI-Management Services, a Southfield, Mich.-based holding company that manages a portfolio of diversified investments, corporations and subsidiaries, including metal-forming companies Tech Cast and CMI-Schneible.
In addition to his current position with CMI-Management Services, Nawrocki is president and part owner of R.W. Ventures, a venture-capital firm with investments in four companies specializing in industrial manufacturing and medical-equipment leasing. Additionally, he is president of R.W. Real Estate, specializing in commercial property and Plan B Consultants, a financial consulting company. Prior to this, Nawrocki served as president, CEO, CFO and director of CMI International, a casting and machining company that was acquired by Hayes Lemmerz International in 1999.
Nawrocki is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Michigan Association of CPAs (MACPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
