SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Revstone Industries has announced that Kevin Cramton has joined the company as CEO, and Kevin Bagby has joined as CFO.
Cramton brings to Revstone more than 25 years of experience in general and financial management, operational and financial restructuring and developing and growing businesses globally, including emerging markets. Most recently, he was managing director of RHJ International (Ripplewood Holdings), a publicly traded, investment holding company where he was responsible for overseeing portfolio companies and global M&A activities. He recently served as chairman of the board of Niles, an Asian automotive electronics company with global operations, leading a major business turnaround to record profitability and cash flow.
Prior to joining RHJI, Cramton worked in various positions during a 20-year career at Ford Motor Co., including assignments in Ford’s manufacturing, marketing/distribution and financial services businesses. Cramton has extensive international business experience, including assignments in the Asian, North American and European regions. He last served as director, corporate business development, with global responsibilities for Ford’s M&A activities.
Cramton received his MBA and bachelor of business administration degrees from Michigan State University. He is an alumnus of the London Business School Executive Management Program (ADP).
Kevin Bagby joins Revstone having developed and led financial organizations for three public companies. Most recently, he was vice president of finance and CFO of Shiloh Industries Inc., a position he held since November 2008. He previously served as vice president, CFO and treasurer of Freightcar America, and as vice president and CFO of Stoneridge Inc. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Bagby held senior financial leadership positions with Kelsey-Hayes, General Tire and Abex Corp.
