REV Remount Center Wins Frost & Sullivan 2017 Manufacturing Award In Customer Value Leadership Category

This new facility offers a turnkey solution for remounting and refurbishing ambulances.

REV Group (REVG), a $2.4 billion manufacturer of specialty vehicle brands and parts and services, announced that its REV Remount Center has been awarded a 2017 Award in the category of Customer Value Leadership by Frost & Sullivan’s Manufacturing Leadership (ML) Council.

Now in its 13th year, the ML Awards program honors organizations and individuals that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Nominations are entered into 13 categories and are evaluated and scored by a panel of expert judges. Award winners represent small and large enterprises in a broad range of manufacturing markets that leverage best-in-class-processes, technologies and teams to differentiate themselves from the competition.

The REV Remount Center extends the life of ambulances and emergency vehicles in its 200,000-square-foot facility offering full remount, painting and interior refurbishing services. Located in Jefferson, North Carolina, the REV Remount Center offers a full-service center under one roof, featuring dedicated production space to the remounting operation, as well as state-of-the-art painting and preparation operation.

“It’s an honor to win this award and validate the dedication we have in making this facility best-in-class in providing exceptional customer value,” said Robert Collins, president of REV Ambulance Group. “Our remounting facility provides the capacity, capabilities and equipment to restore an ambulance to the extremely high standards of quality and safety in our industry.”
