RepairPal, autotext.me Simplify Repair Updates Via Text

Autotext.me will provide real-time updates during vehicle maintenance and service repairs to RepairPal’s certified network.

RepairPal announced another partnership with autotext.me, a digital solutions provider for texting, workflow, and vehicle inspections.

Through the autotext.me partnership, RepairPal’s certified network of shops and dealers can streamline communication and improve customer service providing customers with an opportunity to opt in for real-time updates during vehicle maintenance and service repairs.

“RepairPal Certified shops undergo a rigorous certification process, providing peace of mind to their customers by ensuring prompt, friendly service and quality repairs, backed by a local repair warranty. RepairPal is excited about this partnership with autotext.me, which will help our network of 3,000+ RepairPal Certified shops and dealers to grow their business and provide their customers with quick and efficient communication updates on their vehicle’s repair status,” said Kathleen Long, RepairPal chief revenue officer.

“Texting is now a must. The average response time is just a few minutes. autotext.me’s service reminders enable shops to focus more on the work, while our software queues the follow-ups. Combined with our rainy day, follow-up, and appointment reminders, shops are equipped with a simple, automated tool to both look after their clients and keep business flowing through their bays,” said Chris Cloutier, autotext.me founder and co-owner of multi-shop operation, Golden Rule Auto Care.
