Rematec Amsterdam Moves To 2022

Rematec Amsterdam Moves To 2022

Instead, Rematec: Live & Connected, a new local+virtual conference, will take place March 24-25, 2021.

Rematec Amsterdam is a truly global event, bringing together key industry players from more than 77 countries. With all countries and locations at different stages of recovery from COVID-19 and international travel only returning gradually, Rematec Amsterdam has moved to June 14-16, 2022, to ensure the same high-quality level of participation. Responding to the need to connect and collaborate in today’s remanufacturing industry, Rematec is excited to present Rematec: Live & Connected, a new local+virtual conference for the global remanufacturing community on March 24-25, 2021.

Over recent months, Rematec has been in constant conversation with key industry stakeholders that are directly involved with Rematec Amsterdam to determine if the show scheduled for June 2021 in Amsterdam would have been both practical and beneficial to the market.

Director of Rematec, Yorien de Ruijter, explained, “From a health and safety standpoint, we felt confident we could deliver a safe and secure show, incorporating the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. However, Rematec Amsterdam is a truly global event, bringing together key industry players from all over the world. With all countries and locations at different stages of recovery from COVID-19 and with international travel only returning gradually, it is clear that it will be difficult to ensure the same level of participation and high-quality, in-person experience at Amsterdam in 2021 that everyone has come to expect at Rematec.”

She continued, “therefore, we have agreed with our key stakeholders to focus on other ways to support the industry in 2021, with a commitment that Rematec Amsterdam will return stronger than ever on June 14-16, 2022.”

Introducing ‘Rematec: Live & Connected’

Rematec is focused on supporting the remanufacturing industry during this challenging period and will concentrate all its efforts on providing the sector with the best (digital) networking and (digital) learning opportunities in 2021, while ensuring that Rematec Amsterdam 2022 returns with a stronger offering than ever before. Because one thing remains true, there’s power in people coming together.

Responding to the need to connect and collaborate in today’s remanufacturing industry, Rematec is excited to present Rematec: Live & Connected, a new local+virtual conference for the global remanufacturing community.

From March 24-25, 2021, Rematec: Live & Connected will combine the world’s leading automotive aftermarket and remanufacturing companies, incredible speakers and unparalleled networking opportunities, all of it under the most advanced digital ecosystem and co-located with Intertraffic Amsterdam at RAI Amsterdam. ICoR, the International Conference on Remanufacturing, joins ‘Rematec: Live & Connected’ with a full virtual program.

Buzzing agenda for the next 12 months

What will the next 12 months have in store? This fall, the second edition of Rematec Asia opens its doors October 11-13, 2020, in Guangzhou, China. Rematec Asia is adding online features to the event in order to facilitate virtual networking. Shortly after, 1 Dec. 1, 2020, the Remanufacturer of the Year awards ceremony takes place at the APRA symposium in Prague.
