His presentation will delve into in-vehicle data, cyber protection, and the future of On-board-Diagnostics (OBD).  

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) will introduce an exclusive preview of the results from the new CLEPA/BCG study on the relevance of fleets for the automotive aftermarket. The analysis includes an indication of overall trends, general market size and structure of fleets, as well as the future role of fleet operators in the service and repair market.
