Red Dot Adds Four Interstate Locations to Aftermarket Distribution Network

Interstate will distribute Red Dot heating and air conditioning units and all-makes parts at four locations: Bloomington, Minn.; Billings, Mont.; Altoona, Iowa; and Sioux Falls, S.D.

SEATTLE — Red Dot Corp., a provider of climate control solutions for heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, has expanded its aftermarket network through a distribution agreement with Interstate Companies Inc.

Interstate will distribute Red Dot heating and air conditioning units and all-makes parts at four locations: Bloomington, Minn.; Billings, Mont.; Altoona, Iowa; and Sioux Falls, S.D.

“Interstate’s parts specialists will help Red Dot meet the growing need for mobile HVAC in the Midwest and Montana, particularly in mining, road construction and other heavy-duty markets,” said Robert Gardiner, marketing manager for Red Dot. “We hope to expand to more Interstate branches in the future.”

Based in Bloomington, Minn., Interstate has a total of 14 locations in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming and Montana. It provides service and parts for on-and off-highway vehicles and other industrial equipment.

Red Dot designs and builds premium climate control components, integrated systems, replacement parts and aftermarket units for vehicles in demanding work environments all over the world. Product applications include construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, military, commercial freight and emergency service vehicles.
