Recaro Automotive Seating Celebrates 50th Anniversary With Limited-Edition Recaro Office Chair

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first shell seat from the Recaro Rallye of 1967, Recaro Automotive Seating created the retro-look Recaro Office Chair.

Recaro Automotive Seating, a product group of Adient, is celebrating its 50th anniversary by creating a limited-edition Recaro office chair, inspired by the first Recaro racing shell seat.

Limited to only 500 pieces, this exclusive office chair is available at Recaro retailers for U.S. for $6,550. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first shell seat from the Recaro Rallye of 1967, Recaro Automotive Seating created the retro-look Recaro Office Chair.

The seat is equipped with state-of-the-art technical features and inspired by the successful Recaro Sportster CS. The distinctive upholstery in a houndstooth pattern covers the seat cushion and backrest, while the side bolsters feature high-quality perforated leather. Its backrest features the original logo of the Recaro Rallye from 1967, the world’s first street-licensed shell seat. The exclusive office chair is completed with a rally-style “50 Years” emblem on the headrest.
