Raybestos ‘Race for the Cash’ Rebate and Sweepstakes Program Begins Sept. 15

Technicians and their customers can earn cash, and a possible trip to Las Vegas for Champion's Week by installing Raybestos brand brakes.

MCHENRY, Ill. — As the Chase for NASCAR Sprint Cup races toward the top prize, Raybestos Brakes – a member of the Affinia family of brands and the Official Brakes of NASCAR – help technicians, consumers and race fans hit the jackpot with a “Race for the Cash” rebate and sweepstakes promotion.

Consumers and DIYers can save $30 on Raybestos Professional Grade brake pads with their “Race for the Cash” rebate. The cash rebate is also good on Advanced Technology brake pads, and can jump to as much as $36 when they include Professional Grade or Advanced Technology rotors, Raybestos says. Every redeemed rebate card serves an automatic entry into the “Race for the Cash” Sweepstakes. The grand prize is a trip to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion’s Week held Dec. 1-4, in Las Vegas.

The grand-prize winning customer and a guest will receive:
• A NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony VIP Viewing Experience;
• An exclusive meet and greet with a NASCAR personality;
• VIP admission in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Victory Lap and NASCAR After the Lap, presented by Tissot; and
• Airfare and three-night hotel stay.

To help draw customers and build additional sales, participating service dealers will receive a special “Race for the Cash” promotional kit. It includes a poster announcing the rebates, a rebate counter card with 25 rebate cards, a technician reward tally card and “Race for the Cash” floor mats. Technicians receive this promotional kit free when they sign up to become a Raybestos Rewards member at www.raybestos.com.

Technicians also can earn a cash reward of up to $50, while one lucky technician and a guest will also be awarded the grand-prize trip to Vegas. Technicians will receive $1 for each qualifying Raybestos brand pad set, rotor, loaded caliper, friction ready caliper, master cylinder or wheel hub assembly installed. A tally card is provided to track eligible sales, and at the end of the program, technicians submit the tally cards for their cash rewards. Each tally card submitted before Nov. 1 serves as an entry into the “Race for the Cash” sweepstakes.

The “Race for the Cash” program runs from Sept. 15 through Nov. 15. As a special note: Due to travel planning limitations, all tally card and rebate cards must be received by program headquarters by Oct. 31 in order to be eligible for the grand-prize trip. Tally cards and rebate cards received after Oct. 31 will not be eligible for the grand-prize trip, however, they will be accepted through Dec. 1 for the cash rebate.
