Raybestos Adds New Technician Portal To Website

The password-protected site offers visitors instant access to a wide range of resources, including how-to videos, technical service bulletins, tips and tricks, customer resources and more.

Raybestos has enhanced its website at www.raybestos.com with the addition of the Brake Solutions & Training Online Portal (STOP) for professional repair technicians, according to Kristin Grons, marketing manager for Brake Parts Inc LLC (BPI).

The password-protected site offers visitors instant access to a wide range of resources, including how-to videos, technical service bulletins, tips and tricks, customer resources and more. Technicians can unlock detailed, application-specific repair procedures that help them do the job right the first time. They also can share their own tips and tricks with other technicians, as well as find local distributors that carry Raybestos brake products.

“The goal for Raybestos Brake STOP is to provide a frequently updated, informative venue for technicians to expand their technical knowledge and learn about the features of Raybestos brake products in order to help them grow their brake businesses,” said Grons. “The website also provides an interactive forum where technicians can share best practices for solving application-specific issues they may be experiencing.”

To access the many features of the Raybestos Brake STOP, simply register online at https://www.brakepartsinc.com/raybestos/how-to-videos/register.html.
