Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Stuart’s Paint & Body provides an expanded national footprint for QCG.

Quality Collision Group, private-equity-backed venture of multisite OEM-certified collision repair centers, announced it acquired Stuart’s Paint & Body.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Stuart’s Paint & Body provides an expanded national footprint for QCG as it furthers its merger-acquisition strategy, Quality Collision Group says. Stuart’s will be QCG’s first acquisition in the state of Texas.

“Securing a foothold in Texas has been a top priority for QCG since day one, and the addition of Stuart’s Paint & Body underscores our dedication to that goal,” says Executive Vice President of Operations Brent McKinney.

Stuart Singer will retain his role within Stuart’s Paint & Body, which will keep its name and branding, according to Quality Collision Group. “It will be business as usual, with Singer and his team providing the same strong commitment to detail and personal attention as they have for the past 39 years,” the company adds.
