Quala Taps PhaseZero to Boost Customer eCommerce Experience

PhaseZero's e-Commerce platform CxCommerce will help modernize Quala's customer experience.

B2B and B2C digital commerce software provider PhaseZero announced Quala, nationwide tank trailer service and cleaning provider, has selected its e-Commerce platform CxCommerce to modernize Quala’s customer experience.

Quala acquired Polar Service Centers (PSC) with 30-plus service centers in May of 2022, and realized it needed to increase its digital commerce efficiency by transforming and modernizing its customer experience, to improve the convenience and ease of managing all aspects of a business for all customers, and the sales and support teams, PhaseZero said.
