Powerhouse For India’s Aftermarket: Pitzo & Devshi Group Joins Temot

Pitzo And Devshi Group Join TEMOT

Both, Pitzo India and Devshi, are well-established in the pan-Indian market but keep pursuing ambitious goals.

TEMOT International has added another big player to the ranks of its shareholders: Effective June 1, 2021, New Delhi-based Pitzo India Private Limited joined the Group together with its affiliate Devshi. Both, Pitzo India and Devshi, are well-established in the pan-Indian market but keep pursuing ambitious goals – making them perfect associates for TEMOT International and its shareholders.

Although Pitzo India was founded only six years ago, the company has made remarkable progress in setting up a pan-Indian sales network, which distributes a wide range of automobile spare parts. While being a member of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), the company also focuses on digital solutions to offer its customers a unique purchasing experience, using e-commerce, telematics, digital catalogs, complete solutions and last but not least sophisticated logistics. In doing so, Pitzo India aims at becoming the largest and most trusted independent aftermarket company in its home country.

Devshi, an affiliate of Pitzo India, looks back at 16 years in the business. Being located in Western Delhi, it is a leading distributor and service provider in the segments heavy machinery, commercial vehicle parts and car parts and stocks spares (e.g. for loaders, bulldozers, trucks, excavators, commercial vehicles, cars, cranes, breakers, oil rigs, gen sets and marine engines).

Devshi is internationally positioned and well networked. In India, the company enjoys nationwide presence and holds a number of strategic locations, making it a sought-after partner for global brands. Additionally, Devshi’s seamless one-stop solution is very well received in the market. The firm’s mission is to be the largest one-stop solution for all parts of European trucks, machines and cars.

With joined forces, after one decade of operations, the Pitzo & Devshi Group has witnessed exceptional growth. The group currently counts 200 employees, runs 11 branches and seven retail stores throughout the country. Its competent team is highly regarded as is its warehouse capacity, which allows for a continuous stock of 50,000 active SKUs on 8,000 square meters.

Comments Fotios Katsardis, president and CEO of TEMOT International: “The Indian Aftermarket represents a yearly turnover of 30 billion US dollars. And with the number of vehicles growing by more than 10 percent each year, it still has plenty of room for additional revenues. In this promising market, TEMOT and the Pitzo & Devshi Group will set the right course and place the right offerings to participate from this huge potential.”
