Potter Webster Co. Celebrates 75th Anniversary

Known in the Northwest U.S. for providing unparalleled customer service, PWC was co-founded by brothers J.R. and Walter Webster with Orin Potter in 1940. J.R.’s son Dennis joined the business in 1965 and is still leading the company today.

Potter Webster - AnniversaryPotter Webster Co. (PWC) is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. The family owned and operated fleet parts and service business is being run today by the second and third generations of the Webster family.

Known in the Northwest U.S. for providing unparalleled customer service, PWC was co-founded by brothers J.R. and Walter Webster with Orin Potter in 1940. J.R.’s son Dennis joined the business in 1965 and is still leading the company today.

To mark the milestone, Potter Webster Co. held a celebratory open house to show appreciation for its customers, vendors and staff. With more than 400 people present, customers enjoyed great food, sharing memories with staff and product specials. There were more than 40 vendors present to answer questions and share in the celebration. All in attendance received commemorative 75th T-shirts and a coffee mug, and were entered into a raffle for items that ranged from $25 to $600.

“We are honored that our customers have been placing their trust in us for 75 years. “We want to thank all of our employees, customers and suppliers for their support over the past 75 years,” he added.  “They are the people who have made us ‘75 Years Strong’.”
