RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — Phillips Industries of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., is the first company contracted to exhibit at the inaugural Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), set for Monday, Jan. 23 through Friday, Jan. 27, 2006, at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
HDAW, the only heavy duty aftermarket industry specific forum in North America, was created to consolidate the large number of industry events and reduce the significant costs they place on the industry. In addition to a trade show, HDAW will include one-on-one meetings between suppliers and distributors, technical training and business education sessions, many networking opportunities and much more.
Along with the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association, MEMA’s heavy duty market segment, other groups actively involved in developing and planning the event include: The Council of Fleet Specialists, Fleet Pride, Heavy Duty America, Heavy Duty Distribution Association, National Wheel & Rim Association, Service Specialists Association and VIPAR Heavy Duty.
Companies interested in participating should contact W.T. Glasgow, HDAW show management at 708-226-1300. Only exhibitors will be able to participate in the week’s valuable one-on-one business meetings with aftermarket distributors and marketing associations.
