Federated member P&F Automotive Warehouse in Yakima, Washington recently had two of its vehicles participate in the annual Selah, Washington Lighted Christmas Parade. The P&F pickup featured a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer design while the P&F car sported a Grinch design.

Earlier this month, Airtex-ASC employees participated in the annual Salvation Army of Summit County (Ohio) Angel Tree program. As part of the program, Angel Tree Tags are printed for children with their first name, age and gender. The tag also includes their clothing sizes and gift wish list. Generous volunteers from Airtex-ASC then purchased the items and returned them to The Salvation Army for packing and distribution. Airtex-ASC was able to provide gifts and clothing for 20 children in the Akron/Canton area as part of the Angel Tree program. Over 100 children and their families enjoyed dinner, entertainment and a Christmas party at the annual “Stant-A-Claus” celebration held earlier this month at Stant’s world headquarters in Connersville, Indiana. Stant-A-Claus is a non-profit charitable fund to assist local members of the Connersville community enjoy a better Christmas. Managed by Stant Corporation, monetary contributions and gift donations are accepted from generous donors, namely Stant associates, in order to provide Christmas presents to the children. The event was hosted by Stant personnel.

Stant personnel gathered for a photo during their annual “Stant-A-Claus” charity celebration.

As they do every year, Federated member Vaca Valley Auto Parts is going to make it a Merry Christmas for many children in Solano County in California. As part of Federated’s nationwide campaign to support the 2018 U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign, Vaca Valley collected close to 300 toys from its customers that will be distributed in Solano County. Vaca Valley drivers Mike Day, Dale DeFreece and Betty Paige earned top honors for collecting the most toys from Vaca Valley customers, with Page earning a $100 gift card for collecting the highest number of toys. Federated Auto Parts member Warehouse Inc., based in Hays, Kansas, collected toys at 73 locations in five states (Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas), including all of its S & W Supply stores, for the 2018 U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.

Just a sampling of the many toys collected by Federated Auto Parts member Warehouse Inc., based in Hays, Kansas. The company collected toys at 73 locations in five states for the 2018 U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.

As part of Warehouse Inc.’s Toys for Tots campaign, Fort Hays State University in Kansas hosted a stuffed animal toss at its basketball game earlier this month versus Emporia and collected 223 stuffed animals that will be donated to Toys for Tots.

CARSTAR Metcalf in Stilwell, Kansas, gifted a refurbished vehicle to a local needy mother and Coast Guard veteran as part of the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Recycled Rides program.
