Oshkosh Corp. recently announced that David Sagehorn, who has served the company for two decades, including 12 years as CFO, will retire effective April 3. Sagehorn will serve as an external advisor for a year after his retirement date to ensure a smooth transition. Michael Pack, VP of finance in the Fire & Emergency segment at Oshkosh, will succeed Sagehorn as executive VP and CFO.

US Motor Works LLC, a manufacturer of automotive components for both stock replacement and high-performance vehicles, has announced the appointment of Adam Kowalik.Kowalik has been tasked to head up the daily operations in Los Angeles at the Performance Division of US Motor Works and also will direct the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system for the company.

Meritor, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Chris Villavarayan as executive VP and COO, effective immediately. Villavarayan, 49, has served as senior vice president and president of Meritor’s Global Truck segment since January 2018.
Lumileds announced recently that Matt Roney has joined the company as president of the Automotive Business Unit. Roney will succeed Mircea Buzgar-Nazare, who will become the company’s senior VP for Business Transformation.
