Todd Hitchcock has joined Universal Technical Institute as chief strategy and transformation officer

Continental Battery announces the addition of John Rauco to the Continental team. Rauco will start Jan. 13 in Dallas in the role of VP of sales & marketing for the organization.

Motovicity Distribution has expanded its team with the addition ofKate Turowska as the new marketing manager. Turowska joined the company on Dec. 16, 2019, after having served as a marketing manager for Stanley Black and Decker’s Engineered Fastening division.

To support its focus on implementing world-class manufacturing across all of its locations, Stoneridge Inc., a leader in highly engineered electrical and electronic components for the commercial vehicle and automotive industries, has announced Kevin Heigel as its new VP of operations

Oshkosh Corp. recently announced that David Sagehorn, who has served the company for two decades, including 12 years as CFO, will retire effective April 3. Sagehorn will serve as an external advisor for a year after his retirement date to ensure a smooth transition. Michael Pack, VP of finance in the Fire & Emergency segment at Oshkosh, will succeed Sagehorn as executive VP and CFO.

Kevin Pavlov,an accomplished global-operations executive from the transportation and consumer electronics industry, has joined Karma, the Southern California-based high-tech mobility incubator and creator of luxury electric vehicles, as chief operations officer.

US Motor Works LLC, a manufacturer of automotive components for both stock replacement and high-performance vehicles, has announced the appointment of Adam Kowalik.Kowalik has been tasked to head up the daily operations in Los Angeles at the Performance Division of US Motor Works and also will direct the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system for the company.  

Effective immediately, National Pronto Association has promoted Kerri Gulick,AAP, CMP to the position of director of marketing and communications. Gulick began her career with National Pronto in 1999 and has held many roles within the organization during her tenure.

ATEQ TPMS Tools LC, recently announced the promotion of Ardit Shameti to Technical Repairs. Shameti’s new responsibilities will include vehicle testing, tool repairs, TPMS validation and technical support.

DRiV, the future Aftermarket and Ride Performance Company formed from the former Tenneco and Federal-Mogul Motorparts businesses, has announced the retirement of Billy Johnston, director of business development, North America Aftermarket, DRiV, after 34 years with the company.

Caterpillar Inc. announced recently that E. Jean Savage, currently VP of the Surface Mining & Technology Division, has elected to retire.

Meritor, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Chris Villavarayan as executive VP and COO, effective immediately. Villavarayan, 49, has served as senior vice president and president of Meritor’s Global Truck segment since January 2018.

Lumileds announced recently that Matt Roney has joined the company as president of the Automotive Business Unit. Roney will succeed Mircea Buzgar-Nazare, who will become the company’s senior VP for Business Transformation.
