A look back at personnel changes of the past week.

VIPAR Heavy Duty has announced the retirement of Mark Iasiello, effective May 1. Iasiello has been with VIPAR Heavy Duty since 2012, serving in roles including director of business development for national accounts, as well as general manager of Power Heavy Duty, a subsidiary of VIPAR Heavy Duty.

Dana Inc. announced that Dr. Hong Yang has joined the company as senior director of electric vehicle systems engineering for its Commercial Vehicle Drive and Motion business unit. In this role, he will lead full electric vehicle architecture and systems engineering, including software deployment and testing, component and subsystem integration, as well as Dana’s hybrid and electric vehicle strategies and product roadmap.

Schrader has announced the promotion of Yanick Leduc to North American technical team leader. Leduc has been with Schrader for the past three years, providing excellence in training for customers both in the U.S. and Canada, the company says, adding that he has also been vital in transforming multiple training initiatives and program launches.

Bergstrom Inc.’s board of directors has appointed Dan Giovannetti as president and CEO, effective immediately. Giovannetti has been serving as interim CEO since November 2019. Giovannetti has been with Bergstrom for 16 years and brings much valuable experience to the position. In his last role as chief operating officer, he was responsible for global manufacturing and quality in addition to overseeing all financial and IT operations.

DMA Sales LLC has announced that Doug Brown has joined the DMA team as controller. Brown brings more than 20 years of leadership and finance skills within different organizations. He had been working as the controller for PSI Molded Plastics in Myrtle Beach prior to joining DMA Sales.
