Dayco recently appointed Thomas J. (TJ) Fontana as director of sales, North America and Shannon Lara as director of marketing for Dayco’s North American aftermarket. In addition, Tyler Samagalski was promoted to director of industrial, fluid power and performance markets, North America.

REV Group Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles announced today that Dean Nolden is stepping down as CFO. Replacing Nolden, the company appointed Mark Skonieczny as CFO, effective June 13.

Jim Hastie Joins Parts Authority

Jim Hastie began his aftermarket career at Perfect Cooling Industry. Since then, he has held multiple leadership roles in the cooling and collision category. In 2009, he became the CEO/president of American Condenser & Coil LLC. Most recently, he served as the vice president of product development for U.S. Auto Parts, where he led the product manager team to create an industry leading online product offering.

Darron Shubin Joins AWE Team

AWE, the precision engineering firm outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, announced that Darron Shubin, former VP at MagnaFlow, has joined the growing company’s executive team as the director of sales. Shubin will be leading the company’s sales and customer support teams and overseeing AWE’s sales strategy.

Lubrication Specialties Names VP Of Global Sales

Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI), manufacturer of Hot Shot’s Secret brand of performance additives and oils and custom lubricant solutions provider for industrial clients, announced Todd Cawleyas the company’s first vice president of global sales. The position was filled in June of this year in response to the unprecedented growth LSI has encountered in multiple markets in the U.S. and the potential to capture market share of the lubricant and additive market abroad.

Industry Veteran Chuck Pariano Announces Retirement

Charles “Chuck” Pariano, senior manager sales and marketing for AISIN North America Aftermarket Division, has announced his retirement, effective June 18. Since 2006, Pariano has been responsible for AISIN’s aftermarket sales and marketing strategy, developing and implementing programs for various sales and distribution channels in North America, selling various OE product categories into the aftermarket in both the U.S. and Canada.
