Autoliv Appoints New Chairman and New CEO
The board of directors for automotive safety systems supplier Autoliv has appointed Lars Westerberg as chairman of the board and Jan Carlson as its new president and chief executive officer (CEO). The current Chairman, S. Jay Stewart, will remain on the Autoliv Board and will remain lead director at the recurrent meetings of the independent directors of the board.
