Data Did You Know: Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) in May 2021 was up 29% over the lockdown miles driven in May 2020, and up 6.9% over the total from last month. It’s still not a full recovery – the last time the total for May was this low was in 2015. This data is from the US Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration.
