Overheard: Making The Switch

Who is more willing to switch brands if the counter pro suggests it – DIYers or professional techs?

In the 2020 Counterman PARTS survey, we asked counter professionals what percentage of customers would switch brands based on their recommendations. 55% of techs, and 65% of DIYers, said they would be willing to switch brands based on the counterperson’s recommendation.
