Who asks for specific brands more, professional techs or DIYers?

 In the 2020 PARTS Survey, we asked counter professionals how often their customers asked for a specific brand of parts. According to our respondents, professional technicians asked for a specific brand 64% of the time, while DIYers asked for a specific brand 41% of the time.
